The pairfront.ai website (the “website”) is operated by Clever Brain Technologies Ltd (“Clever Brain”, “we”, “us”), the company building PairFront. We are responsible for the personal information collected through the website.

02What this policy covers

This policy covers personal information we collect when you browse the website or contact us through it, including the contact form and emails you send us.

It does not cover the PairFront product itself. If your organisation takes part in a pilot or uses PairFront, the handling of project data, code and customer information is set out in the written agreement for that engagement.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we collect:

• your name and work email address;
• your company name and phone number, if you choose to provide them;
• the topic you select (for example, “Book a demo” or “Become a referral partner”);
• your message and anything you include in it.

We also collect the content of emails and other messages you send us directly. Please do not include passwords, access credentials or confidential customer data in the contact form.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information for each request: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. We use these logs to keep the website running and secure.

Cookies

The website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not build profiles of visitors. If we add analytics or embedded third-party tools (such as a scheduling calendar), we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

• To respond to you: answering your enquiry, arranging a demo, scoping a pilot, or discussing the referral program or human FDE services.
• To follow up on your enquiry: sending information you asked for and related follow-up messages. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To operate and protect the website: preventing spam and abuse, troubleshooting, and keeping the service secure.
• To meet legal obligations: for example, keeping records required by law or responding to lawful requests.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

08How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise them. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.

We protect personal information with measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the website and PairFront develop. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, give notice on the website.
