01About these terms

These terms govern your use of the pairfront.ai website (the “website”), operated by Clever Brain Technologies Ltd (“Clever Brain”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Access to PairFront itself, including pilots, platform subscriptions and human FDE services, is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

02PairFront is in development

The website describes a product we are building. Capabilities described as planned or intended, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams and email connections or expanded autonomy, may change, and are not commitments until confirmed in a written agreement.

Screens, workflows, summaries and illustrations on the website are examples for explanation. They do not represent results for any particular customer.

03Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or related systems;
• interfere with the website’s operation, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
• use the contact form to send spam, unlawful content, or someone else’s personal information without their permission;
• copy or scrape the website’s content at scale, or use it to build a competing product;
• misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any organisation.

We may restrict access to the website if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

04Contacting us

When you send us a message, please make sure the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not include passwords, access credentials or confidential customer data. Sending a message does not create an agreement between us and does not oblige us to provide any service.

We handle the information you send as described in our Privacy Policy.

05Intellectual property

The website and its content, including the PairFront name, logo, mascot, illustrations, text and design, belong to Clever Brain or its licensors. You may view and share pages from the website for your own non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.

If you send us feedback or ideas, you allow us to use them without any obligation to you.

06Referral program

The PairFront referral program rewards introductions to software teams that become paying customers. In summary:

• Commission is 20% of the referred customer’s first eligible platform subscription or one-time payment.
• Commission is paid after the applicable refund period.
• Taxes, refunds and human FDE services are excluded from the commission calculation.

Taking part requires acceptance as a referral partner and is governed by a separate referral agreement, which sets out eligibility, how referrals are recorded, and payment details. If that agreement and this summary differ, the agreement applies. We may change or end the program for future referrals at any time.

07Third-party links and services

The website may link to or embed services run by other companies. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

08Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. Its content is general information about PairFront, not professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the website, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clever Brain is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10Changes to the website and these terms

We may change or withdraw any part of the website at any time. We may also update these terms; the “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
